This policy describes how Silio Inc. ("Silio", "we"), which operates the tisio.ca website and the Tisio product, collects, uses and protects the personal information of visitors to this site, in accordance with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25).

This policy covers the tisio.ca website. Data you process within the Tisio app itself is hosted on your organization's infrastructure and governed by its policies — Silio has no access to it.

Information we collect

The tisio.ca website only collects the information you voluntarily provide through the demo request form:

First and last name
Work email address
Phone number (optional)
Profession and description of your situation (optional)

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics tools.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the form is used exclusively to respond to your demo request and for the resulting business follow-up. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Hosting and retention

Requests are sent by email to the Silio team (Apple iCloud Mail, United States) from a server hosted in Quebec. Information related to a demo request is retained for the duration of the business follow-up, then deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact.

Your rights

Under Law 25, you may at any time:

request access to the personal information we hold about you;
request its correction or deletion;
withdraw your consent to its use.

Simply write to the address below — we respond within a maximum of 30 days.
